HTV and DTF Application:
Attach to the fabric first, then apply HTV or DTF transfer. Peel off the protective paper sheet. The patch is sticky; you don't need to use adhesive spray or heat tape. Press at 315 degrees for 15 seconds, medium pressure. Now you can decorate with HTV.
DTF application: 270 medium pressure for 5 seconds. Cool completely (even hot-peel film). Peel and repress for 3-5 seconds.
Regular Siser HTV ONE-COLOR application. 300-305 medium pressure for 2 seconds - use parchment paper. Remove the carrier sheet, cover with parchment paper, press for another 10 seconds. Done. 
Regular Siser HTV MULTI-COLOR application. 300-305 medium pressure for 2 seconds - use parchment paper. Remove the carrier sheet, apply your next color, cover with parchment paper, quick 2 seconds press, and so on for all HTV layers. Then cover with parchment paper and do a final press for another 7-8 seconds. Done.
Glitter or Flock HTV: 315-320 for 15 seconds. Use parchment paper.
